Developing an Action Plan
The strategy group will need to write an action
plan that provides detail about how the strategy will be
achieved.
The anti-bullying action plan should
cover:
- Planned activities and services (referenced to strategic
objectives)
- Timescale
- Key / responsible staff
- Resources
- Performance criteria
- Reporting process
The action plan must be regularly reviewed and
updated annually.
