How can this toolkit help?

from conflict, cruelty, exploitation and neglect’

Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), ratified by the UK
in 1991
This toolkit is designed to offer
information and support to local authorities as they work
with schools and the wider community to protect ‘every child’
from the cruelty of bullying.
It will also enable you to ensure that
children and young people know their responsibilities not to bully
and harm others, United Nations International Children's
Emergency Fund (UNICEF), Children’s Rights and
Responsibilities, 32127.
